Q: How do I order the virtual tour?

A: Check out the projects page and follow the instructions to place your order.

Q: How fast will I receive the product?

A: I will prepare the virtual tour once your order has been received and you will receive a special link to access the virtual tour in your email between 1 ~ 24 hours.

Q: Where can I view the virtual tour that I have purchased?

A: I will send you a dedicated private link through email where you can access the views from any web browser from any compatible modern mobile phone or computer. A login and password will be required to access it.

​

Q: I didn't receive the email.

A: Please check your junk mail or spam mail folders.

​

Q: I cannot find my estate project in your list.

A: Only a few recent developments will be chosen for modelling since it will benefit most people and this works best according to economies of scale. If you wish to see other developments not shown here, special requests are accepted according to your needs and requirements. You can contact me here.

Q: Why is it so cheap compared to other professional services?

A: My goal is to allow potential home owners to see their future units without them breaking their piggy banks. I started this project out of my interest in modeling and therefore do not provide any professional services or fengshui consultation (partly because I'm not a property agent or fengshui shifu too).

Q: Where can I track my order?

A: You can check it here and follow the instructions provided if you have paid through the website. Offline payments are not trackable.

​

Q: How accurate are the illustrations?

A: Some areas have high accuracy while others don't. I based my modeling on many different sources such as open sources, my ground research, some creativity and common sense. While I place great emphasis and put in great effort to ensure accuracy, it is not possible for me to cross-check all these huge amount of open-sources data (which are prone to errors) by manual means. Only when I have devised an automated way to check these data, will my models be 99.9% accurate. You may refer here for more details on the accuracy of the different areas in my models..

Q: How can I make payment? How safe is it?

A: You can pay by credit cards or any other options available during checkout. I do not own the online payment system and all transactions and your card information are securely handled by Stripe (used by many established companies worldwide) which I do not have access to.

Q: Are there any promotions?

A: Yes! Do check out the promotion page or my Youtube channel for current on-going promotions. Returning customers will also receive special discount code for their subsequent orders.

Q: I have an urgent request. Can I have my virtual tour ready by *certain time*?

A: You can drop me a message to discuss through the contact form before placing an order. Do check your email for my replies (usually I will respond immediately unless I am too busy with my real life). If you have placed an order without discussing with me, I cannot promise that you will receive by the time you need it (as I may not notice your order immediately) and will follow my original promise of within 24 hours after placement of order. In such cases, an admin fee will be imposed if you wish to cancel your order for a refund (please read the next FAQ for more details on this). Please do not include any other forms of contact as I will not be able to reply through them.

Q: I have placed a wrong order, can I cancel my order?

A: Yes you may do so by dropping me a message and we can work towards a favourable solution. Swapping of similar-tier units is possible and there's no need to cancel your order. In the event that if you are 100% sure that you do not need your order anymore and wishes to proceed with the cancellation, a 20% admin fee of the total refund amount will be debited as the payment service (Stripe) charges a substantial amount for refunds and disputes. So please ensure your orders are correct and any special request timing realistic as I believe there is no need for these payment gateway companies to earn such inconvenience fees.

Q: Can I request for a specific view besides the generic pre-defined locations?

A: All our virtual tours are created with views based on pre-defined locations as shown in the sample page so that it can be produced within our guaranteed timeframe of 24 hours. If you have additional requests or customization which definitely require more manhours to produce, please drop us a message and we will provide you with a separate quote.

A: Please use the contact form to reach out to me and all replies will be directed to the email address that you have provided in the form. Try not to not include any other forms of contact details (such as phone or whatsapp) as I will not be able to reply through them.
