All models that I have created are illustrated based on public data. While care has been taken to ensure that the dimensions are reflective of reality, some areas such as common facilities and building facade design/colours are illustrated based on my own research and creativity and therefore will not be 100% similar to the final outcome of the development. The main idea is to allow everyone to have a view of the surrounding through their unit's windows.

Also, there will not be any furnishing/painting done to the unit model (just like a bare new unit) so that every request can be produced more quickly, especially for those who need it urgently.

Areas with high accuracy

- Unit Floorplan

- Building height (within the development unless otherwise stated)

- Location of lifts, staircases, sky terraces, roof gardens, skybridges

- Location of 1st level rubbish centre

- Location of estate pavilion

- Location of vehicle drop-off points

- Location of Electrical Sub-Stations & Utility Centre

Areas with medium accuracy:

- Building facade design (without paint for some models)

- Buildings design and height in surroundings (while great effort is placed to ensure accuracy,
some buildings may be inaccurate as data is obtained from open sources and therefore prone to

errors since it is impossible to cross-check all surrounding buildings 100% manually)

Areas with low/no accuracy

- Design of fitness corners and children's playground

- Design of pavilions/shelters

- Design of MSCP (except number of levels) 

- Facilities at void decks (eg: daycare-centres, letter boxes, bicycle stands, seats, etc)

- Additional special buildings within the development (eg: CC, hospice, shophouses etc)
