Bishan Ridges

Bishan Ridges is named after the development’s design, where residential blocks are arranged in a staggered manner to form ridge-like patterns. The development will be bounded by Bishan Street 13 and 14, and will comprise 6 residential blocks that range from 22 to 39 storeys in height. There is a total of 1,502 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-, and 4-room flats. The 2-room Flexi flats in the development are only offered to seniors (aged 55 and above), on short leases between 15 and 45 years (in 5-year increments).
